Impact For Development participates in the discussion about "Rights of the Internet of Everything”

Impact For Development is pleased to have participated on September 24th, 2020 in the lectures of Marie Curie Joint Doctorate Programme 2020 related to “Law, Science and Technology: Rights of the Internet of Everything”. The lecture was held under the theme “Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and LawTech” and was organized by the University Autonoma of Barcelona.

The lecture was presided over by Dr. Pompeu Casanovas, with the participation of Dr. Luis Dekoker and Mr. Tarik Nesh-Nash.

“Impact For Development” was represented by Mr. Nesh-Nash, who shared a number of crowdsourcing experiences related to crowdlaw, citizen monitoring and open policies.

 

Mr. Nesh-Nash’s contribution was followed by a larger discussion about the future of roles and limits of Artificial intelligence and the rights of citizens to privacy and participation.
